Returning Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us at sales@cookoo.co.uk within three working days, irrespective of whether the goods were dispatched to you by ourselves or our supplier.

Returns should be sent to Cookoo C/O C.E Atkinson, Unit i, Bradkirk Business Park, Weeton Road, Wesham PR4 3NA and the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach our address and are signed for. 

We therefore recommend that you retain proof of postage so that you can make a claim if necessary, and email us with the cost of the postage so that we can refund the amount in due course to the card used in the original purchase transaction.

Returning Non-Damaged Goods

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund guarantee and you should contact sales@cookoo.co.uk within 30 working days, irrespective of whether the goods were dispatched to you by ourselves or our supplier.

Returns should be sent to Cookoo C/O C.E Atkinson, Unit i, Bradkirk Business Park, Weeton Road, Wesham PR4 3NA and the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach our address and are signed for.

We therefore recommend that you retain proof of postage so that you can make a claim if required.  Provided the goods are in perfect condition and in the original packaging, a full refund of the cost of the product will be sent to the card used in the original purchase transaction. No refund of any original carriage charge, or return carriage charge will be given.

We also reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the value of return goods if the product or packaging is in such a state that the price of the item needs to be reduced for resale.
