This pressure lid has three safety features:
Automatic Locking Valve
As soon as minimum pressure is reached, a little piston is pushed upwards, locking the lid. When you’ve finished cooking, lift the trigger of the safety valve vertically, to release the steam completely and return the valve to it’s original position.
Dual Pressure Valve
It is possible to select two different pressures for either vegetable or meat.
Activates only when the pressure raises notably. When the trigger is in a vertical position, it opens the valve completely and releases the steam.
