Peugeot have been manufacturing mills in France since the 1800's. The Peugeot Coffee Mill appeared in 1840 followed by The Pepper Mill in 1874.
Peugeot Mills have the most reliable mechanism on the market with a hardened steel mechanism for the pepper mill and stainless steel for the salt mill with a lifetime guarantee on the grinding mechanisms. They are often copied, but never equalled!
The Pepper Mechanism
The pepper mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for that perfect grind.

The Salt Mechanism
The salt mechanism developed in the 1990's is manufactured from high quality stainless steel and designed to grind large grains of dry salt.

New adjustable grinding mechanisms
A selection of mills are available with the ‘U Select' mechanism. Just turn the base of the mill and select one of the six pre-set levels of grind.
